This world is stressful. Sufficed to say that we all have our fair share of stresses. Work, home, kids, relationships with spouses, relationships with family, social obligations, finances, and on and on. But how many of these are real stresses and how many are contrived by some misplaced sense of obligation or social/moral responsibility to be acceptable? I don’t know, but after some soul-searching all I know is that none of this stress is good for me, so my conclusion is to let go those thing I cannot change, and change the things I can. I pledge to let myself relax.
